Results, verified before they are published.

Named results are published only after screenshot verification and the client's written sign-off. Four account case studies are in production now. What we can show today, in the open: the verification standard, the measurement method, and labeled benchmarks by vertical.

Each account is being documented against account screenshots first, then shown to the client for written sign-off. Names and figures publish the day permission lands, and not before.

When these studies publish, results will still vary by market, operation, budget and how quickly calls are answered. Additional enterprise case studies, including multi-brand portfolios, are added only as each client approves publication.

How we measure

Same metrics for every location, or the comparison is fiction.

A result only means something if the next location is measured the same way. Every account we run reports spend, leads and cost per lead per location, and, where the CRM or field-service software allows offline conversion import, booked revenue per location. That is what lets a board compare Atlanta to Charlotte on one row.

Cost per lead is always above cost per click; a click is not a lead. Where we quote a conversion rate, it is leads divided by clicks. Where we quote return on ad spend, it is booked revenue divided by spend, not estimated. When a number is a benchmark from published industry data rather than a client result, we say so.

Published industry ranges for competitive US markets, not promises. Your market, mix and operation set your numbers; the audit tells you where you sit.

Due diligence

Questions boards ask. Answers in writing.

When a named client result appears here, every number in it has been checked against account screenshots and approved by the client in writing. Until that sign-off lands, a case study stays in production and we do not quote its numbers. We do not publish composite or illustrative results as if they were client results; where we show a sample, it is labeled a sample.
Because we only publish what a client has approved in writing. Our largest accounts, including multi-brand portfolios, are being documented now; each one is added here the day the client signs off. Until then we would rather show the verification standard than a wall of adjectives.
Every location is measured on the same metrics: spend, leads, cost per lead and, where the CRM allows offline conversion import, booked revenue. That lets us compare Jacksonville to Dallas on one row instead of arguing about whose market is harder. The board pack shows the network, the brand and each location on the same page.
It depends on the vertical, the markets and how well calls are answered, so we publish benchmarks rather than promises. Waste services leads typically cost $35 to $65, garage door repair $40 to $80, restoration $100 to $300 in competitive US markets. The audit tells you where your locations sit against those ranges before you spend a dollar with us.
Yes, once we have agreed a scope. We arrange reference calls with clients in a comparable vertical and size, with their permission, as part of the audit working session or the proposal stage.
Only if you want us to, and only what you approve. Many multi-location and PE-backed clients prefer not to publish; that is fine, and it is written into the agreement. Clients who do publish get the case study as a deliverable they can use in their own marketing.

Your locations, measured the same way.

The Multi-Location Revenue Audit scores every location on identical metrics and tells you where each one sits against the benchmarks above. Two weeks. Credited in full when we go to work.
