Can you guarantee my firm a certain number of cases?
No, and any marketer who guarantees cases or results is violating the same bar-advertising principles your firm has to follow. We commit to transparent tracking (calls, signed cases, cost per case) and to running campaigns that consistently beat the legal benchmarks. We show the math; we do not promise outcomes.
Do you understand attorney advertising and bar rules?
Yes. Everything we build follows ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.5 and state-bar advertising rules: no 'specialist' or 'expert' claims unless you are board-certified (we use 'focuses on' or 'extensive experience in'), required 'prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome' disclaimers, and truthful, non-misleading messaging. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.
What should a personal injury firm budget for Google Ads?
Legal is the most expensive category in Google Ads. Our 2026 report shows personal injury clicks from about $4 for long-tail searches up to around $480 in the most competitive metros, with criminal defense and DUI not far behind. Because a signed PI case is often worth $15,000 to $150,000 or more, the math still works when campaigns are managed tightly. We size the budget to your market and practice area on a strategy call.
Do you handle intake, or just send traffic?
Traffic without intake is wasted spend. Firms that respond within five minutes are up to 21 times more likely to convert a lead, and 24/7 intake lifts conversion by roughly 30%. We set up call tracking, speed-to-lead workflows, and integrations with intake and case-management tools (Clio, Filevine, Lawmatics, CallRail) so leads become signed cases.
Which practice areas do you work with?
Personal injury, criminal defense, DUI, family law, estate planning and probate, immigration, bankruptcy, employment, business and corporate, and more: over 50 practice areas. Each gets its own marketing approach because the client, the case value and the buyer journey are completely different.
How fast can we launch?
Google Ads campaigns go live three business days after kickoff, with tracking set up and tested on day two, and we review bids at 24, 48 and 72 hours. Local Services Ads follow once Google Screened verification clears. SEO and content build durable rankings over months, so most firms run paid for immediate cases while organic compounds in the background.
What is Google Screened / Local Services Ads?
Local Services Ads sit at the very top of Google for legal searches and charge per lead, not per click. To run them, your firm passes a license and background check to earn the green 'Google Screened' badge. We manage the verification and the campaigns; it is one of the highest-return channels in legal.
Do you require long contracts?
No long lock-ins. We earn the relationship month to month. You own your ad accounts, your data, your website and your call records; nothing is held hostage.
How much does legal marketing cost?
For smaller firms we charge a fixed monthly management fee starting at $1,200 (up to about $4,000 a month in ad budget), and $1,500 for firms up to $10,000 a month. Once your ad budget passes $10,000 a month we move to percentage-based management: 15% from $10,000 to $30,000, then 12%, 10% and 8% as you scale. Your rate drops as you grow, your ad budget is always separate, and there are no long contracts.
How do you measure results, leads or revenue?
Revenue. We track every call and form to the keyword that produced it, capture real names, and mark each lead qualified or unqualified. Then we import signed-case value back into Google Ads and use WhatConverts to tie case value to the exact campaign, so we optimize to real return on ad spend and cost per signed case, not cheap clicks.
