Who this is for

Built for the operator both kinds of agency underserve.

Local shops report one location well and fall apart at five. Big agencies roll up well and hand you a junior team. This division exists for the space between.

Independent multi-market brands

10 to 50 locations

You grew by opening markets. Now every market runs its own version of the brand, and nobody can tell you what a lead costs in each one.

  • One set of numbers across every market
  • Marketing that raises your multiple before an exit
  • Spanish-market coverage where your crews already speak it
Franchise systems

Brand fund to franchisee

You steward the brand fund, defend it to franchisees, and need every unit to see its own results without calling corporate.

  • Brand-fund and co-op governance, documented
  • Per-unit scorecards franchisees can open themselves
  • Onboarding kits so new units launch on a checklist
Private-equity platforms

Portfolio marketing your IC can underwrite

You buy brands, rebrand them and need marketing to be live on day one of integration, not week nine.

  • CAC and revenue per location, rolled up by brand
  • Verification managed so acquisitions never go dark
  • A 100-day integration marketing plan for every add-on
Not a fit yetRunning one or two locations, or spending under $10,000 a month in total? Our core team is built and priced for exactly that. Start at mediaspearhead.com and come back when you open location three.
The problem

What breaks when marketing is run location by location.

Every operator we audit has the same five problems. Here is what they look like on the board, and what changes when one team runs it.

Measured on
Location-by-location vendors
One board, one team
Cost per lead, market to market
Unknown. Five vendors, four dashboards, one spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Every location on the same metric. Spread between best and worst market is visible in one row.
Time to answer “what did we get for the money?”
5–10 business days to assemble the month-end deck, and it still gets challenged.
The board pack ships on the 3rd business day, built to be forwarded upstairs without edits.
Brand consistency
Different names on Google, different offers, different landing pages per city. In verified trades, that stops ads from running.
One legal-name standard, one offer library, one landing-page system. Compliance swept before a single ad runs.
New location or acquisition
Marketing starts 6–9 weeks after close because nobody planned Google verification.
Verification scheduled into the integration plan. Campaigns, listings and call tracking launch on a checklist.
Who owns the accounts
Often the vendor. Leaving means losing history, data and sometimes the website.
You. Ad accounts, site, data, call recordings, Business Profiles — yours in writing from day one.
How it works

One report. Three readers. Their own numbers.

Every engagement is built so a marketing director, an operating partner and a location GM can open the same board and each find what they answer for. This is what it looks like.

Where we focus

Industries chosen on the math.

We lead where the unit economics, the buyer landscape and our own track record line up. Benchmarks below are published industry ranges for competitive US markets, not promises.

Lead verticalBenchmark cost / leadThe edgeWhy it wins
Waste ServicesOur deepest vertical

No Local Services Ads category exists for dumpster or porta potty rental, so paid search stays undiluted.
Dumpster rental, porta potty, junk removal. No large agency farms this vertical, and it is where we run our biggest campaign portfolios.
Garage DoorsThe verified lane

Google requires Advanced Verification: a 6–8 week gate most agencies fumble. We have taken operators through it.
The most acquired trade in home services right now, at the cheapest urgent-trade click costs.
RestorationThe elite auction
$100–$300water damage · $10K+ average job
Auctions expensive enough to price out mediocre agencies and mediocre operators.
Highest tickets and truest urgency in local services. We check your answer rate before we take the account, because the leak is rarely the ad.
The Verification Desk

Google’s hardest doors, opened on schedule.

Multi-location advertisers live under three Google verification regimes at once. Most agencies discover them in a crisis. We run them as a discipline.

Advanced VerificationGarage door · locksmith

License, video call, website review

Before ads can run, Google checks license documents, holds a video call with your papers in hand and reviews the website against strict content rules. Typically 6 to 8 weeks. Unqualified “24/7” claims, name mismatches and unverifiable license numbers are the classic failures. We prepare sites that pass the first review.

The M&A trapEvery rebrand

Re-verification on any name, address or license change

Rebrand an acquired garage-door company and its Google Ads can go dark for weeks, in the same quarter you underwrote growth. We schedule verification into the integration plan so acquisitions never go revenue-dark.

Local Services AdsPer location

One Google Verified badge, checked location by location

The old Google Guaranteed and Screened badges are now a single Google Verified badge, but the screening is unchanged: business and owner checks, licenses and insurance per location, background checks on every fieldworker in urgent trades. 2 to 4 weeks per location. We run it as a repeatable package.

Website compliance15-point sweep

The rules that decide if a site passes review

Legal-name consistency, all-in price ranges, guarantee terms on the same page, real service areas, verifiable licenses, and only the response-time claims Google allows. We sweep every location page against all fifteen before a single ad runs.

What the audit examines

A deck your operating partner will read, a scorecard for every location, and a roadmap with the priorities argued in dollars.

  • M1Per-location scorecard. Business Profile, listings, local rank, reviews, site and lead flow for every location, rolled up.
  • M2Ad-account forensics. Spend and cost per lead by location, with wasted spend quantified in dollars.
  • M3Attribution check. How calls and forms become booked revenue today, and the wiring plan to make it provable.
  • M4Competitive benchmark. Your position versus the strongest, often PE-backed, player in each of your markets.
  • M5The 12-month roadmap. Sequenced priorities with budgets, including verification work where your category requires it.

Four questions. Then we talk.

They tell us, and you, whether this division is the right fit. Takes about a minute.

How many locations do you operate?
Count every location that markets under your brand.
How is the business owned?
This changes who reads the report.
What do you spend on marketing each month?
Ad budget plus agency or vendor fees, across all locations.
What runs your operation?
So we know how revenue can flow back into the report.
Where should we send the scope?
We reply within one business day with the audit scope and a time for the intake call.

No newsletter, no drip sequence. One reply from a senior strategist. Your details are used only to scope the audit.

Received. We will reply within one business day.

Your answers are on their way to the enterprise desk. If you would rather talk now, call (904) 341-5986 and ask for the enterprise desk.

Terms

Everything is yours. In writing.

The enterprise agency playbook is 12-month lock-ins and websites you rent. We wrote the opposite into our terms, because clients who are free to leave, stay.

Ownership

Your accounts, your assets

Website, ad accounts, data, call recordings, Business Profiles: yours from day one, in the contract. Nothing is held hostage.

Term

Month to month

No 12-month minimums, no early-termination fees. We earn the renewal every month with the board pack, not the contract.

Attribution

Revenue, not clicks

Offline conversion import, call tracking and CRM wiring are scoped into every engagement so reporting ends in dollars.

Access

A senior strategist, not a pod

One named lead who knows your markets, your GMs and your board calendar. Same-week kickoff after the audit session.

Due diligence

Questions boards ask. Answers in writing.

Three published parts. Brand Leadership: $2,000 a month per brand for 3 to 15 locations, $3,000 for 16 to 50, $5,000 for 50 or more. Location Presence: $200 per location per month for the first 15 locations, $150 for locations 16 to 50, $125 above 50. Media Management on your ad spend: 15% from $10K to $30K a month, 12% from $30K to $50K, 10% from $50K to $100K, 8% above $100K, with a $1,500 monthly minimum. The engagement minimum is $3,500 a month. Example: 8 locations spending $15,000 a month is $2,000 + $1,600 + $2,250 = $5,850 a month. Ad budget is separate and always yours.
Because it is work, not a sales call. The Multi-Location Revenue Audit is a board-ready deck: a scorecard for every location, ad-account forensics with wasted spend in dollars, an attribution check, a benchmark against the strongest competitor in each market, and a 12-month roadmap. It costs $4,500 for up to 15 locations and $7,500 for 16 to 50. Every dollar is credited to your first engagement if you start within 90 days. If you never hire us, the audit is still yours.
No. Month to month, at every size. You own your ad accounts, your website, your data, your call recordings and your Business Profiles from day one, in writing. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
Yes. We run brand-fund and co-op programs with the governance a franchisor needs: documented spend stewardship, per-unit reports franchisees can see, onboarding kits for new units, and a clean line between consumer marketing and franchise development. Franchisee-paid local programs run on the same published per-location pricing.
For garage door companies in the US and locksmiths in the US and Canada, Google requires an advanced verification before ads can run: license documents, a video call, and a website review against strict content rules. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, and it re-triggers on any change to business name, address or license. That means an acquisition you rebrand can go dark on Google Ads for weeks unless verification is planned into the integration. We manage that process and build sites that pass the review.
One rollup for the brand, a scorecard for every location, and a monthly board pack built to be forwarded. Spend, leads, cost per lead and, where your CRM allows offline conversion import, revenue per location. Every location is measured on the same metrics, so underperformers show up in one view.
Usually not. Most of our enterprise clients have a marketing director or a VP who owns strategy and brand. We run the paid media, the local presence and the reporting, and we hand that person a board pack they can defend. When there is no in-house lead, our senior strategist fills that seat.
We add it to the board. New locations join the per-location pricing schedule, get their Business Profile, landing pages, call tracking and campaigns set up on a checklist, and, in verified trades, get their Google verification scheduled so they never go dark. Additional brands are added at $1,500 a month for brand leadership.
Probably not for this division, and we would rather say so now. The enterprise minimum is $3,500 a month in management, which only makes sense at multi-location scale. If you run one or two locations, our core team is priced for that. Start at mediaspearhead.com and come back when you open location three.
Lead verticals: waste services (dumpster rental, porta potty, junk removal), garage doors and water damage restoration. Secondary: septic, pest control and tree service. We chose them on purpose: strong unit economics in Google Ads, real multi-location and private-equity buyers, and verification or operational moats where experience matters. Other local-service verticals are welcome where the math works.

Bring us the portfolio. We bring the numbers.

The Multi-Location Revenue Audit: every location scored, wasted spend quantified, a 12-month roadmap your board can underwrite. Two weeks. Credited in full when we go to work.
