What happens on the free strategy call?
A founder reviews your Google Ads account (or your competitors’, if you are not running ads yet), your Google Business Profile and your website before the call. On the call we walk you through what we found, what it is costing you and the next three things we would fix. It takes 30 minutes and there is no sales pressure.
Do I need to be running Google Ads already?
No. If you are new to Google Ads, we look at your market, your competitors and typical click costs for your trade, so you know what to expect in cost, leads and timeline before you spend anything.
Are there really no contracts?
Yes. Every Media Spearhead plan is month-to-month, with no cancellation fee. You own your ad accounts, data and creative from day one.
How much does Media Spearhead cost?
Google Ads management is $400 to $800 a month under $4,000 in ad spend, and $1,000 and up above that. SEO plans are $1,000, $2,000 or $3,500 a month. Google Business Profile management starts at $300 a month per profile, and websites start at $800 for a landing page. We confirm exact pricing on the call.
How fast will you reply to a message?
We reply to messages and emails within one business day, and usually the same day during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern). For anything urgent, call (904) 341-5986.
Do you work with businesses outside Jacksonville?
Yes. We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and work with local service businesses in 36 states. Strategy calls happen by video or phone, so location makes no difference.
Can we talk in Spanish?
