A note about our reviews

In 2022 we lost 50 reviews to one automated suspension.

In early 2022, a routine update to our Google Business Profile triggered an automated suspension. After three weeks of appeals and verification the listing came back, but every one of the 50-plus reviews on it had been permanently archived.

We asked our clients to post again, and many long-time clients rewrote their reviews from scratch. The reviews on our profile today are that rebuilt profile. It is also why we are careful with every client’s Business Profile: we know what a suspension costs. How to get a suspended profile back →
