Why this page exists

The pricing page our industry refuses to publish.

We checked the websites of the best-known franchise and multi-location agencies. Almost none publish a number. Buyers have ranked price transparency their number one request in B2B purchasing research for years. So here is ours, all of it.

How the price is built

Three schedules. Add them up.

Every engagement is the same three parts. Brand-level strategy and reporting, a per-location presence fee, and a media management rate that drops as spend grows. Nothing hidden behind “custom.”

Schedule A · per brand, per month

Brand Leadership

3–15 locations$2,000
16–50 locations$3,000
50+ locations$5,000
Each additional brandshared team and system+$1,500
A named senior strategist, the growth roadmap, the brand rollup dashboard, the monthly board pack, a quarterly business review, and the offer and landing-page library every location draws from.
Schedule B · per location, per month

Location Presence

Locations 1–15$200 each
Locations 16–50$150 each
Locations 51+$125 each
Google Business Profile management, listings consistency, review monitoring and response, location-page SEO, local rank tracking, call tracking numbers, and the GM scorecard. Rates step down as the count grows.
Schedule C · on monthly ad spend

Media Management

$10K–$30Kminimum fee $1,500/mo15%
$30K–$50K12%
$50K–$100K10%
$100K+8%
Google Ads and Local Services Ads across every location, offline conversion import, call and form attribution, budget pacing by market, and the wasted-spend review in every board pack. Ad budget is paid to Google by you.
Engagement minimum: $3,500 a month. The rate you see is the rate you pay. Month to month, no early-termination fees, and every account, site and data set is yours from day one.

The calculator applies the published schedules exactly: Schedule A by your largest brand’s location count plus $1,500 per additional brand; Schedule B stepped by location bands; Schedule C by spend band from $10K a month in spend, with the $1,500 minimum; the $3,500 engagement minimum applies to the total. Below 3 locations, our core team at mediaspearhead.com is the right fit.

How the rate scales

The more you scale, the less we take.

Most agencies price paid media as a flat percentage. Ours steps down four times as spend grows, because managing $120,000 a month across 60 locations is not twelve times the work of managing $10,000 in one market. The system does more of the work. You keep the difference.

The same logic runs through Location Presence. Locations 1 to 15 carry the setup weight of a new brand. By location 51 the templates, the review playbook and the reporting are already built, so the rate drops to $125.

The chart shows the effective management rate (all three schedules divided by ad spend) for a single brand as spend and location count grow together. It is a model of the schedules, not a promise about any one operator.

The scope

The roadmap becomes a scope with the three schedules applied to your real count and spend. No surprises: it matches this page.

Step 3 · weeks 1–4

Onboarding on a checklist

Accounts, tracking, listings, landing pages and verification, location by location. The audit fee is credited to month one.

Every month after

The board pack

Spend, leads, cost per lead and revenue by location on the third business day. Renewal is earned monthly, not signed annually.

Due diligence

Questions boards ask. Answers in writing.

Three published parts, added together. Brand Leadership: $2,000 a month per brand for 3 to 15 locations, $3,000 for 16 to 50, $5,000 for 50 or more. Location Presence: $200 per location per month for locations 1 to 15, $150 for locations 16 to 50, $125 for every location above 50. Media Management: 15% of ad spend from $10K to $30K a month, 12% from $30K to $50K, 10% from $50K to $100K, 8% above $100K, with a $1,500 monthly minimum. The engagement minimum is $3,500 a month. A 20-location franchise spending $40,000 a month on ads pays $3,000 + $3,750 + $4,800 = $11,550 a month in management.
No. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, in ad accounts you own. Our fee is the management layer on top. That keeps the numbers honest: you can see exactly what Google charged and exactly what we charged, every month.
Because every location is real work every month: a Business Profile to manage, listings to keep consistent, reviews to monitor and answer, a location page to rank, local rankings to track, and a scorecard for the GM. The per-location rate drops as you add locations because the system gets more efficient, not because the work disappears.
Yes. Many franchise systems run it that way: the brand fund pays Brand Leadership and the shared media program, and each franchisee pays Location Presence for their own unit. Franchisee-paid programs run on the same published per-location pricing, and every franchisee sees their own scorecard.
The first brand pays the full Brand Leadership schedule. Each additional brand adds $1,500 a month in brand leadership, because most of the strategy, reporting system and team are shared. Location Presence and Media Management are counted across all locations and all spend, so the volume breaks work in your favor.
Two. The engagement minimum is $3,500 a month in total management, which only makes sense at three or more locations. The Media Management minimum is $1,500 a month, which applies when 15% of your ad spend would come to less than that. Below those levels, our core team at mediaspearhead.com is the right fit and is priced for it.
No. Month to month at every size, with no early-termination fees. You own your ad accounts, website, data, call recordings and Business Profiles from day one, in writing.
Because the audit is a deliverable, not a sales call: a board-ready deck with a scorecard for every location, wasted spend in dollars, an attribution check, a competitive benchmark per market and a 12-month roadmap. It costs $4,500 for up to 15 locations and $7,500 for 16 to 50, and 100% is credited to your first engagement if you start within 90 days.
Ad spend, video production and photography, and website builds. Location-page website systems, attribution engineering (from $2,500 as a one-time project), franchisee onboarding kits, Spanish-market coverage and co-op administration are scoped and quoted as add-ons so you only pay for what your system needs.
Because a quote you cannot see is a quote they can shape. Buyers have named pricing transparency their number one request in B2B purchasing research for years. We publish ours, and we built the calculator on this page, because a buyer who can price the engagement before the first call is a better-qualified buyer for both sides.

You have the price. Now get the plan.

The Multi-Location Revenue Audit turns your locations, your spend and your markets into a scored, sequenced 12-month roadmap. Two weeks. Credited in full when we go to work.
